The oak and the rosé
A fable which Jean de La Fontaine (famous poet and fabulist, 1621 – 1695) could have written.
A wine for every palate and for every occasion, that is our goal. In order to achieve this, we are launching our new duo of wines « the oak and the rosé ».
These light, fruity wines, which perfectly complement food served on warm, sunny days, will both really enhance your spring and summer meals.
A capricious Cahors
Here’s a newcomer to our range of Cahors wines.
The Caprice de Diogène is a wine full of character. Kept in oak barrels for 16 months, this fruity wine with deep tannins will delight your palate.
The Chêne Rond and ecology
For our last bottling, we gave our A.O.C. Cahors 2008 wine the benefit of an entirely new type of bottle called, appropriately, « Ecova ».
The main advantages of Ecova:
* A method of production which causes less pollution (15% fewer CO2 emissions)
* 100% recyclable bottles
* But still technically sound and aesthetically pleasing
